IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: - Devoted Christian, committed to integrating Christian values into the learning environment - Citizen of Botswana and Fluent in English - Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience - Relevant teaching qualifications - Willing to participate in training programs to enhance teaching skills - Open-minded and adaptable to new educational contexts - Understands the mission of working with limited resources and modest salaries - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community - Passionate about education and committed to the holistic development of young children - Results-oriented leader with a strong work ethic - Fluency in both Setswana and English Added advantage: - Experience with international curricula (IGCSE and/or O’ level) - Can also teach Physics and any additional - Class B driver’s License - Proficiency in Microsoft Office WHAT WE OFFER: - Engage in an innovative educational project in Gaborone, Botswana - Refine your expertise and broaden your knowledge through our intensive annual training program - Full-time position with a modest but competitive salary - 15 days of annual leave - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive Christian learning environment ABOUT EMERALD ACADEMY: Emerald Academy is not a conventional school.
